April - Special offer with discounted 20% off, £1000 per week
May, June, September - £1250 per week (exc Gig week)
July & August - £1650 per week
October - £900 per week
Please note: We are booked for Gig Week.
The calendar is updated regularly however it's best to check directly with us to make sure the date is still available.
For bookings in the low season months (Oct to March) we recommend you enquire directly with us as we may be able to offer more flexibility on the dates and rates.
We are open all year round - please enquire with your dates.

The apartment is let Thursday - Thursday, with a min 7 nights stay.

Suitable for families with children above age 4.

20% non-refundable deposit required to secure the booking.

Full payment due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

£250 damage deposit due (per week) 1 week prior to stay.
