Centrally located in Hugh Town on St Mary's, the apartment is within walking distance to to all local amenities including the quay for boating day trips. The apartment has undergone a full refurbishment with complete rewiring, new plumbing and new interiors to give you a comfortable place to stay.

Relax in luxurious comfort
The open plan living space boasts a three seater sofa, two arm chairs and a window seat helping you relax into your holiday and enjoy the sea views. With floor lamps on either side of the room, it sets the right mood for cosy evenings.
The living room has a 43 inch Samsung Smart TV so that you can enjoy all the digital channels, access OnDemand TV and enjoy BT Sport. A DVD player is also available with a selection of DVDs. The living room, kitchen and hallway has underfloor heating to add to your comfort.
Cook and dine in style
Cook and eat in a superbly equipped and very light kitchen. The open plan kitchen is fitted with modern units and a custom made worktop. It is equipped with integrated Bosch electrical appliances as well as a integrated fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.
With comfortable bench seating and modern dinning chairs, staying in for a meal is a pleasure.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. And there's even LED strip lighting on the base units to help soften the mood for the evenings.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms in
the apartment.
The master bedroom has suspended bedside lights on either side and a comfortable king size bed that you can
sink into.
The room is equipped with an electric radiator, smart TV, built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and dressing table.
Bathroom
A large walk-in shower complete with underfloor heating and fluffy towels is the perfect place to wash off sandy bodies after a day at the beach.
There is a LED mirror that you can light up with a simple wave under the sensor and it also stays mist free.
The thermostatic towel rail keeps your towels warm, and can be manually adjusted to the desired temperature.
We provide linen and towels in the apartment as well as other comforts to make your stay easy.
We only accept bookings for a minimum of 7 nights and our changeover day is Thursday.
